These terms and conditions apply to the Studio by Pixi Lane giveaway run by Pixi Lane/Studio by Pixi Lane. Participation in the giveaway is subject to the following terms and conditions. Each entrant is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

 

1. Participation

1.1. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and does not imply any obligation to purchase or book.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. Winners must be located in Perth, Western Australia, or be willing to travel.

2.2. The winner must be over the age of 18.

2.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of age at the discretion of the businesses involved.

3. Prize Details

3.1. The winner must redeem the prizes listed in the giveaway before 1st September 2023. The prize bookings must also be completed by 1st September 2023

3.2. Hair, Make-Up, Photography & Studio Hire are only redeemable during weekday business hours - Tuesday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm and must be booked in conjunction with each other. Bookings for those services can be arranged directly with Studio by Pixi Lane. 

3.3. Beaute Boudoir The Mindfulness Facial is redeemable for 3 months from August 1st 2023

3.4. The prize is a combined package and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

3.5. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed with any other offer.

3.6. All bookings for services are subject to availability.

3.7. The prize package includes the following:

    •    2-hour photography session and 10 final edited images (Pixi Lane) - Value $1375

    •    2-hour Studio Hire (Studio by Pixi Lane) - Value $220

    •    The Mindfulness Massage (Beaute Boudoir Mount Lawley) - Value $149

    •    Hair Styling at Mane Code + Co (Mane Code + Co Mount Lawley) - Value $95

    •    Makeup at Mane Code + Co (Makeup by Kylie D) - Value $150

    •    Assorted Cookie Sandwich box (Roho Bure) - Value $38​

4. Giveaway Period

4.1. This giveaway is open from 6 pm Tuesday 13th of June 2023 (13/06/2023) to 3 pm Tuesday 20th June 20223 (20/06/2023).

4.2. Entries will close on Tuesday 20th June at 3 pm, and the winner will be announced later that evening and chosen via a random generator.

4.3. The winner will be notified on Studio by Pixi Lane (@studiobypixi) story and contacted directly.

 

5. Rights and Permissions

5.1 By participating in the giveaway, participants grant permission for their names or usernames to be announced as winners on our Instagram page(s).

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Modifications and Termination

7.1. Studio by Pixi Lane, Beaute Boudoir, Mane Code + Co, and Roho Bure reserves the right to change the course of the competition and/or modify the nature and scope of the prize, as well as to replace the prize with another one without giving reason/s until the prize is handed over.

7.2. Furthermore, Studio by Pixi Lane, Beaute Boudoir, Mane Code + Co, and Roho Bure reserves the right to terminate or cancel giveaways without giving reasons or notification. In particular, this may occur due to technical reasons (e.g., viruses in computer systems, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons where a proper implementation of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser is entitled to demand compensation from the participant for any incurred damages.
